• Weekly lessons are ½ hour in length.
• Group Piano Lessons available upon request for groups of three or more.
  

TUITION:

• Tuition is $18 per half hour private lesson and $12 per half hour group lesson.  For multiple family members (i.e. siblings, parent-child) the tuition will be reduced to $16 per half hour lesson.
• New students will receive one free lesson during their first month.
• Any student who refers a student to Simply Suite Music will receive a free lesson the following month.
• Tuition is paid in advance by the month.
• Tuition is due the first lesson of each month. You will receive a bill one week before it is due.
• A lesson will not be given if tuition has not been received.

MUSIC BOOKS:  A book fee will be included in your first monthly bill.  You will be notified in advance when the student is almost ready for the next level books.  The cost of books vary by instrument and level ($15 - $25).

• Lessons should only be missed due to illness, family emergencies or vacations.
• At least 24-hour prior notification is expected for a missed lesson.  You will receive multiple phone numbers and e-mails for notifying us. 
• The teacher may be able to schedule a make-up lesson if a time slot is available.
• If the lesson cannot be rescheduled, the tuition will be credited to the following month if adequate notice has been received.
• If the teacher is unable to be at the lesson (due to illness or emergency), the tuition will be credited to the following month unless a make-up lesson is scheduled.
•  A vacation day must be arranged in advance when making your monthly payment.   Students will progress more rapidly if lessons are not missed.
• Lessons missed without 24-hour notification will result in forfeited tuition for that week.  (In the case of a genuine emergency, every effort will be made to make-up that lesson.)
• Failure to attend two consecutive lessons without notification will be considered a withdrawal from Simply Suite Music and any remaining tuition will be forfeited and that time slot will be given to another student

PUNCTUALITY:

• Students are expected to arrive on time or a few minutes early for their lesson. 
• Failure to arrive on time will result in a shortened lesson so that other students can begin at their scheduled time.

ITEMS TO BRING TO EACH LESSON:  

• One-subject spiral notebook
• Pocket folder
• All assigned music books
• The lesson cannot be given if materials are not brought.

RECITALS:

• There will be at least one recital per year.
• All students are encouraged to participate.
• There will be a $10 recital fee.
• Parents, friends and family members are welcome to attend.
